Support for the full arc of motherhood—from preconception to postpartum and beyond.

The perinatal period is a time of enormous change, and yet it’s often overlooked or minimized. We combine traditional psychotherapy with body-centered methods like Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Touch, and Art Therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.
Our sessions are relational, grounded, and slow. We focus on your nervous system, your emotional experience, and your inner world—not just your role or identity as “mother.”
