Tesa is the founder of Embody + Mind Collective and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified therapist. She specializes in supporting mothers, cycle breakers, and individuals healing from trauma, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, find their voice, and rebuild a sense of self-trust. Tesa’s approach blends nervous system regulation, body-centered healing, and a deep commitment to creating a space of compassion, honesty, and empowerment. She brings a trauma-informed, somatic lens to all of her work, honoring the complex ways life experiences shape us. Outside of the therapy room, Tesa loves spending time with her daughter and husband on “adventures,” traveling, reading, running, and being near the water whenever she can. She’s learning to embrace snow sports and finds joy in both movement and quiet moments alone.

Liz is a warm, grounded therapist who brings her lived experience to the heart of her work. Coming to this field midlife, Liz draws on her own journey to create an environment of deep understanding, emotional safety, and meaningful connection with her clients. She works with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relational challenges, and identity development. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) trained in somatic touch, Liz brings a body-centered approach to healing, helping clients reconnect with their innate resilience and inner stability. She specializes in working with children through a developmentally sensitive, trauma-informed lens, honoring the unique ways young clients process emotions and experiences.

Outside of therapy, Liz loves getting lost in mysteries, fantasy, and time travel novels, creating collages, walking her rescue dog, and watching classic black-and-white movies — all ways she nurtures her own creativity and connection.

Milo is an art therapist who works with adults navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, identity exploration, and the effects of trauma. She brings a unique blend of creative expression, art therapy, and somatic practices to her work, helping clients access healing through both verbal and nonverbal pathways. Milo is especially passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their inner strength, creativity, and self-trust. Currently beginning her journey as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-Training, she offers a warm, steady presence that honors each client’s story and pacing. Outside of therapy, Milo enjoys creating her own art, spending time with her children, listening to podcasts, and getting lost in a good book.

Kat is a relational, trauma-informed therapist who supports teens and adults in navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and trauma recovery. She brings warmth, compassion, and a body-centered approach to therapy, drawing from her training in mindfulness, somatic practices, and her current journey as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-Training. Kat believes in honoring each client’s pacing and strengths, helping individuals reconnect to their inner resilience and sense of agency. She has a special interest in working with those healing from childhood trauma, exploring family patterns, or seeking to deepen their self-understanding. Outside of therapy, Kat enjoys spending time with her kiddos, getting outside whenever the weather allows, finding new coffee shops and restaurants to try, crocheting, reading, and savoring the simple moments with friends and family.
