Creative, communal spaces for healing, learning, and connection.
It also happens in community. Our workshops and classes offer warm, brave spaces to explore your nervous system, creativity, identity, and transitions through the seasons of life.
We believe that healing doesn't always happen in one-on-one therapy,
Get to know your nervous system—and how to care for it with compassion. These classes combine body-based practices with real-life tools to help you move from stress and survival into more regulated, resilient ways of being.
Monthly Mom Circle
Motherhood can be beautiful—but also overwhelming, isolating, and full of transitions that don’t always get the space they deserve. That’s why we created the Monthly Mom Circle—a free virtual gathering for mothers to feel seen, supported, and gently reconnected to themselves and one another.
Led by our founder and somatic therapist, Tesa Emmart, LCPC, LMHC, SEP, PMH-C, this group offers a soft place to land each month. Whether you’re navigating the early postpartum months, toddlerhood, school-age shifts, or simply seeking community, this circle is for you.
Each session blends reflection, optional sharing, and body-centered tools designed to support your nervous system and your sense of self. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—just space to show up as you are and leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and reminded that you’re not alone.

The Monthly Mom Circle meets via Zoom on the last Friday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The circle is completely free and open to all mothers, no matter what season of motherhood you're in. You are welcome to come exactly as you are—camera on or off, in your pajamas, with little ones nearby, or simply curled up with a cup of tea.
This is a gentle, nurturing space to simply be, connect, and breathe.
