KAITLYN FOLKES

Kaitlyn is a relational, trauma-informed therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating trauma and attachment issues, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. Kaitlyn will collaborate with you to explore both the stories you carry and the ways your experiences show up in your body, relationships, and sense of self.

She integrates body and nervous system awareness into therapy, helping clients slow down, notice what’s happening within, and develop a deeper connection with themselves. Kaitlyn's goal is to provide a safe space to question, cry, laugh, and feel all the feels together.
Kaitlyn has completed Beginning Level I of Somatic Experiencing training and is continuing their training toward becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

Outside of therapy, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time in nature, seeing live music, being with loved ones, or cozying up at home with their beloved cat, Tiny, and their latest fantasy read.
